Our universe is cool. Energy is cool. Life is cool. We are all cool. ⭐️.
Our individual mind is part of the Universal Mind. This is not simply a philosophical ideal passed down to us through the ages. It is also a scientific truth. Know it, apply it and you will see your life transform in miraculous ways.
Albert Einstein told us that “everything is energy”; that “a human being is a part of the whole called by us the Universe”. His words echoed the most ancient of spiritual and philosophical teachings and still underpin today’s scientific discoveries.
The nature of the Universal Mind is Omniscience (all knowing), Omnipotence (all powerful), Omnificence (all creative) and Omnipresence (always present). Know that this too is your nature. Your spirit is alive, kicking and waiting for a balanced environment to live and thrive in.
Invest in mindexpanding practice everyday. Nurture awareness. Educate yourself. Pamper yourself and listen to your needs. Say you are sorry if you need to. Allow help from others if you need. Help others. Lessen your wants. Tell yourself that YOU matter. Everyone does. We need to repeat that everyday.
